In a recent Board meeting, it was decided to establish a firm policy regarding the collection of money owed to the Association. A policy statement was developed to address when payments are due and in what manner, how payments are applied, what happens when a member pays late and the collection process. It address insufficient funds and what constitutes timely payment. This policy is intended to reinforce fair debt collection processes. Additionally, the Board approved that the manager will have authority to change banking accounts and types by simply delivering notice to the Board of the change.  

The 2008 Dues are $225 and statements were mailed 12/04/07.
